Eligibility for Returns

Items that you want to return have to be unutilized, packaged, and in the same original form in which you received them. Some products cannot be returned if they are of a special or personalized nature. Please confirm the product details page or with our customer service team for such products.

To Initiate a Return

To initiate the process of returning, please contact us at support@huntluxstore.com or call us at 737-221-2501 for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Including your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return would be much appreciated. Once you receive the RAN, please follow the instructions provided in returning the item to us.

Return Shipping Costs

In the case of items that need to be returned, return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless it is our fault: incorrect or defective items. We can’t assure you that we will receive your returned item—to avoid doubt, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items of high value.

Refunds

In these regards, after receiving your returned item and inspecting it, we will work on your refund. You will be promised a refund of money to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Kindly note that the shipping charges are not refunded and any restocking fees would be deducted from the amount of the refund, if any.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, just use our return process to return the original item, then place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are dependent on the availability of the products.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please be sure to notify us immediately via support@huntluxstore.com or by calling [your phone number] in case of a damaged or otherwise defective item. Explain your order number and description of any damage by including photographs, if possible. We will replace it or refund the amount at no extra cost to you.
